At 1:42 of that video, a runner is shown with the number 1087. In the Hexadecimal converter/decoder linked above, that number becomes a ‡ symbol that looks something like the red [Edit to add: Eastern] double-cross at 1:11:11 in Itistoolate's video. A copy and paste of that symbol to a spreadsheet from the hexadecimal site shows a regular looking cross next to it on the left [Edit to add: West?] but that isn't seen at the site.
