U.S. Opposes Wall
Along Mexico Border

NewsMax.com Wires
Friday, Nov. 11, 2005

MEXICO CITY -- U.S. Ambassador to Mexico Tony Garza said Thursday that the Bush administration is against proposals to build a wall along the United States' entire southern border.

"The President (George W. Bush) is aware of the concerns of critics who would like to build a wall around the United States," Garza told a small group of foreign correspondents. "As the former Governor of Texas, he knows that such proposals are both unrealistic and undesirable."

Some lawmakers have proposed building a wall from California to the Gulf of Mexico to stop the millions of undocumented workers who sneak over the border with Mexico.

Garza said that the best way to regulate immigration is to approve Bush's proposals for a guest worker program.

He said building a wall also would not help the United States' relations with its Latin American neighbors, relations that appeared frayed in last weeks summit of the Americas.

Jorge Bush is going full speed ahead with the CFR plan to integrate all of the economies of the western hemisphere. The CFR plan says that the border between the U.S., Mexico, and Canada will be completely dissolved by 2010. Shortly after, you will see wages drop like a rock, crime skyrocket, diseases that were non-existent for the last 50+ years in the U.S. and Canada will quickly reach epidemic proportions. Next, the globalists plan on enacting the FTAA, which will be the final straw, as we will then be inundated by millions from the rest of the countries south of Mexico. The middle class is doomed, if we allow the globalists to unconstitutionally pass the FTAA. (Both NAFTA and CAFTA were passed with a simple majority in both houses as compared to a 2/3 majority only in the Senate as the Constitution requires for a treaty.)

I'm glad there are others that realize this. :)

But the pos has no problem with a wall around the WH. I detest the man, his politics and his "followers."

Call me crazy, but the thought of this delights me. I pray the sheeple feel pain, and lots of it.

Great map - thanks.

See the little white county in the center of Texas? That's Llano: there are more retired cops, sheriffs, and other LEO types there than anywhere in the country, due to its singular lack of diversity...both the oldest, and the whitest county in Texas.

Beach Boys??

Yep, but they lifted it from an old Jamacian folk song.

*** ************

Sloop John B by The Beach Boys

Album: Pet Sounds Date: 1966 U.S. Chart: 3 U.K. Chart: 2 Lyrics: View Lyrics The Beach Boys Ringtones Listen/Buy @ Amazon Sheet Music

Songfacts:

This is a traditional West Indies tune about a sunken boat. It was adapted in 1951 by Lee Hays of the Weavers (as "The John B Sails") and revived in 1960 by Lonnie Donegan.

This was the biggest hit from their landmark album Pet Sounds. The album was the brainchild of Brian Wilson, and he got the title when Beach Boy Mike Love suggested dogs were the only creatures that would like it. To keep the animal theme, Wilson put some barking dogs on the album. (thanks, Brad Wind - Miami, FL, for all above)

I gt the Pet Sounds CD released like 10 years ago, it has good, cleaned up mono version, with the entire album epeted in stereo. Mono version sounds much better because that's how that music was born.

God only knows what I'd be without you

And I'm optimistic. See, I think you can be realistic and optimistic at the same time. I'm optimistic we'll achieve -- I know we won't achieve if we send mixed signals. I know we're not going to achieve our objective if we send mixed signals - gwbush

Did you see, Mike Love is suing Brian Wilson, because Brian gave away a couple million Beach Boy compilation CDs free as part of a promotion for "Smile."

A major holy shit! Eric Burdon...nearly as obscure as Jethro Tull. And dammit if I don't love their music. I think it's because there is absolutely *no* way to dance to their stuff :)

Find Burdon's Spill the Wine, and my night will be complete.

Great album....I love the above too. Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons were the East Coast version of the BB's, but not for me. Good Vibrations. Love it.
