The driver does look a lot like Chairman Mao.
That is incredible! I wouldn't mind having one of those. But then, I wouldn't mind having the several million it probably cost to buy one too (prototypes are not what most of us think of as "reasonably priced"). When I first saw that I was thinking, Car? I sure would hate to ride in that and it tumbling over and over--never even considered that it would hover like an airboat. Liberty is not a means to a higher political end.
