Then again, an earlier picture looks more like the newer one. i guess drugs can change one's appearance to that degree. he does have the same moles.

Take a look at inside corners of his eyes, exactly the same in all the photos. That cannot be altered. That leaves drugs, voluntary or otherwise.

Psychiatric drugs created the appearance in the second photo.
