Wow, that kid rocks! I never heard of Jonny Lang before, thanks for posting that.
I don't know if he'd want another guitarist, but if he did Sam Coulson could definitely kick it up a notch or two, they'd be great, or greater than they already are!

Johnny isn't a kid anymore but he was when he did Lie to Me (just a teenager, not even 16 yet when that came out).
Jonny Lang started playing guitar at the age of twelve. By 14, he was known as "Kid Jonny Lang" and released an album, "Smokin," along with a group called "The Big Bang." The following year, Lang released his debut solo album, "Lie to Me," producing the hit single of the same name. Soon Lang was playing with blues greats like B.B. King, Stevie Wonder and Eric Clapton.
He grew up fast--playing in clubs, drinking, smoking, and using drugs at a young age. But that's all behind him now. A devout Christian, married to actress Haylie Johnson, Lang, 25, recently spoke to us about his latest album, "Turn Around," his struggle with addiction, and the moment he became a believer.

Oh THAT Jonny Lang. Ok, I remember him from the 90's I think. I forgot his name, but THOUGHT that song sounded familiar.
Must be getting senile in my old age...

Probably not any more than most of the rest of us. It's a wonder we haven't all been put in some kind of home for the helpless and hopeless by the time we're 50 just from all the $#it they put in our food and water.

Nice to see kids who care to master an instrument and have great talent.
Most of today's music is shit. But, I was born in 1961, so maybe I'm just too stupid or close minded.......8)
I've seen few who could play like that in real life. As far as music here in the US, yeah most of it IS shit. The Europeans on the other hand are doing some really amazing things, in fact, Sam Coulson is British.
There's all sorts of music from Europe that never makes it to US airwaves.

Not to mention all that EMF poisoning from the electromagnetic soup we're constantly immersed in today, with cell towers, cell phones, and wireless networks everywhere you go.
Must be from the lack of enough vaccines we're still partly lucid... :)

LOL! Yeah, I doubt I had every one they recommended and I haven't had any in many years. Only thing I can think of is a tetanus shot I got some years ago for stepping on a nail.

On a side note, saw Eddie Van Halen when they did their first tour with Black Sabbath. Am pretty sure it was at the Arena in Seattle. Van Halen only had the material from their first album. Michael Anthony broke two strings, never missed a beat, Eddie was a freak.

I've not had a shot for the past 30 years. Refused tetanus a few times, I'm still alive, I think.
That or I woke up one day long ago in the Twilight Zone.

I remember seeing Black Sabbath with Kiss, and a few years later I saw Van Halen at one of the California Jam concerts along with Cheap Trick, Aerosmith, and more than a few others I can't remember off the top of my head.
Both were awesome concerts, and something I'll always remember. When I saw Van Halen, Dave Roth pretty much stole the show, but Eddie and the rest of the band were equally great.
Back to the Sabbath concert. Ozzie was mesmerizing and Sabbath played better than I've heard them play on albums. It was unbelievable.
