Pareto’s 20/80 law has turned out to be true. For example, 20% of the people own 80% of the wealth. Twenty percent of people have 80% of the brains. Since Pareto’s law is true, I have decided 80% of the people are imbeciles who have no right to be alive. So, I’ve decided, they should be euthanized. Or at least neutered. Remember Stanley Milgram’s famous experiment in which he found most people would give supposedly lethal shocks to other people when ordered to do so by an authority figure? He did a second experiment, which most people don’t know about. Milgram was concerned some people had figured out his experiment was a fake (in my case, knowing it was fake, I would have cackled madly and pushed the “broil” button). So, in the second experiment, he hooked up a cute puppy which was given harmless electric shocks. He found something very disturbing. 100% of the women shocked the puppy when ordered to do so. They cried and sobbed and shocked the puppy. Half of the men shocked the puppy. Half wouldn’t do it. So, then, Milgram’s experiment showed that 75% of all people should be euthanized. That 75% is disturbing close to Pareto’s 20/80 law. Only 20% of Americans have the right to be alive. The other 80% are the idiots who cause all the trouble. They’re the Sheeple who do what they’re told, even becoming dumb soldiers who waste their lives in wars started by the rich (and thinking they’re patriotic instead of idiotic). The 20% are the truly smart who when they breed will have smart, independent kids. The human race will be improved. The idiots (as in the movie, Idiocracy), will die off. Actually, it’d be best if I had a harem of about 3000 women. There has to be at least 3000 puppy non-shockers out there. Then the advancement of the race would proceed very rapidly, since I’m one of the 20% who has 80% of just about everything. And I was born this way! It’s a sacrifice but someone has to do it. It might as well be me. Although, actually, I’m not sure I’d consider it a sacrifice….just a lot of fun.

Been reading Francis Galton have ya? Another way of expressing your inspiration would be that 20% of the population are Labradors and 80% are pugs. : ) Ha! 20% are pugs and 80% are labradors! Pugs rule; all other dogs drool. I sense a disturbance in the farce. Much gnashing will ensue.

Your numbers are wildly optimistic. I make the number of "smart" people at about 0.1%, or about 250,000 in the country. Only 20% of Americans have the right to be alive. The other 80% are the idiots who cause all the trouble.
