So, the missing word in my title is Exercise. It was interesting when I was going through the results of my survey that of the nine suggested benefits, the least enthusiasm was noted for my provision of information about exercise. I should add that there was still a substantial majority that did want to have information about exercise, it is just that a larger number of people were even more enthusiastic about the other suggested benefits. That kind of confirms what I have known from conversations over the last 10 years. People are more enthusiastic about taking supplements than making any changes to their diet. And people are the least enthusiastic about taking up exercise. The thing is that as you pass the age of 60 exercise becomes even more important. Exercise is good for your health and well-being at any age. But at 60 your body and your mind have the potential to deteriorate as you may already have discovered. It is up to you to make that effort to exercise vigorously in order to maintain a level of mental alertness and physical mobility in the face of that potential deterioration. So in my membership site, which I hope to launch in the next week or so, one section will be devoted to exercise because I hope to persuade you of its benefits. It is important to do the right kind of exercise because it is very easy to spend a lot of time exercising and gain no benefit at all. So I will be explaining all of that to you. Moving your body, exercising and generally staying active not only keeps you healthy, as Earl of Derby reminds us in his quote, but its a great way to stay YOUNG and HAPPY! Not to mention keeping your brain young and sharp. See moving your body, exercising and being active doesnt just affect you physically, but it also helps you be happy, motivated and even creative, stay active and youll never grow old physically and mentally! Try to make your exercise a form of play, something you enjoy doing because it makes you feel good. Do not make it just another chore. Make it into a good habit that you enjoy so much, you would not wish to miss it. Set time aside for it. The famous English writer "George Bernard Shaw" said "We dont stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing I wish you good health, Ben Ong Please visit my website for more information Post Comment Private Reply Ignore Thread
