This is odd. I was watching Mitt on cable and he said he intends to repeal Obamcare.

I was watching Mitt on cable and he said he intends to repeal Obamcare.

How is he going to do that? He doesn't have the authority to repeal legislation. That authority belongs to Congress.

If you watched the video, both he and Obama have the same goals. This not only comes from his own mouth but from his actions as governor of Massachusetts. Even if he somehow succeeded in getting Congress to repeal Obamacare (when has a Republican Congress EVER repealed Democrat legislation?) he will replace it with something else just as odious.
