The details are kind of sketchy. But I've known a few guys who've really "resisted arrest" and none of them ended up in a psych ward.

Resisting arrest is a charge many cops toss on to the pile just to break balls. The people who truly resisted arrest went to the hospital, not the psych ward. Just sayin'
