The thing about posting on Facebook, or on here, or anywhere really, is not to put something in writing that you wouldn't say if you were standing at the busiest intersection with a multitude of people listening to you. I don't post anything I wouldn't say to their faces so I don't worry much about it. I resisted opening an account on Facebook for a long time and probably never would have opened the account but my stepdaughter asked me to.
I started a facebook account too, a couple weeks ago. Even used my real name. The way I see it, if the Feds were worried too much about who Dakmar is, my ISP would give me up in a heartbeat. At this point I'm still employed, not entangled in criminal justice system, and can even board airplanes.
The reason I prefer to express myself here, under an anonymous handle has nothing to do with legal problem, rather problems with illegal activities by private individuals and/or public sector types abusing their authority. A competent lawyer shall be a godsend to victims of the latter, but that still leaves the crazies.
