When people didn't get enough Vitamin C they'd spring minor leaks in the vessels leading to the heart. The body plugged them with cholesterol, which is why the retards studying these things thought we should not eat anything with cholesterol in it. Vitamin C keeps the vessels strong so we spring no leaks. It also removes cholesterol that's already built up. I knew of Pauling and had read that Vitamin C was very important for heart patients

Yes, and it has been validated by Clinical Research - as well as a lot of anecdotal testimonials as to its efficacy. I think Big Pharma and our would-be Lords and Ladies are becoming a bit frantic over the growing body of data that shows that their toxic pharmacidals, and all of their multiplicity of adverse side-effects, are not necessary. Thus the FDA's "War on Vitamins" and the "War on Alternatives" as many of them are proving effective, much cheaper, and where's the profit in that? Natural Medicine and healing is growing by leaps and bounds despite the suppression - and that just torq's them off to no end. People are getting well for heaven's sake. Me too. Sounds like you have a good dentist. I am not yet back to 100% but I have made significant progress. Following my near heart attack I could only walk about 50 feet before I felt it in my chest. Now I am up to 3 or 4 blocks. Not perfect but a noticeable difference, and it time correlates with my beginning the Pauling Program. I was feeling much better within two weeks and after the third week I have had no occasion to take an aspirin (although Garlic tablets/capsules are a good natural blood thinner with no side effects - it just takes a little longer to kick in). Glad it's helping you.

I had severe, but barely tolerable, pain in the chest and left arm which lasted for about a day and a half. Once I went to the pharmacy and got some aspirin and took one it began subsiding but still took until the next morning (after I began the aspirin) to completely fade back into the tolerable to unnoticeable range. I had another milder bout about 3 days later when I stopped taking the aspirin - so I took one. Then the Pauling Regimen began kicking in and by the end of the second week I was off the aspirin and mostly normal as long as I didn't engage it too much physical activity - like walking fast. It has continued to improve but I am still aware that it is there and I am still not back to normal activity levels. I am afraid I may have suffered permanent damage.
