IOW, just an adjunct course instructor with no seniority or professional standing on campus. I recall that other professors avoided him because they knew that he was just a political appointee.

I remember that he avoided them, at lunch, in break rooms etc. Reason was that he really is a stupid man, who has an inability to retain facts, and that the discussions that were going on were way over his head as a result. How many times can you refer to all 57 states or some such and not be thought of as a complete joke? IOW, just an adjunct course instructor with no seniority or professional standing on campus. I recall that other professors avoided him because they knew that he was just a political appointee.

I figure that he was all jacked-up on some weird pharmacy cocktail for his 2008 campaign and inauguration, then he got cut off and had to go cold-turkey and reverted back to his moronic ways. The Obamas chose to cease being on the active rolls because of their other responsibilities (remaining on the active rolls meant having to take annual Continuing Education courses and the possibility of being drafted to represent indigent defendants by court appointment).
