The attached flier describes a manual recently published by our educational association. We strongly believe a copy of this manual needs to be shared with every sheriff's office, police department, with military personnel, government officials, etc. that can possibly be reached during this critical window of opportunity still open to us.

Note: P&MATNWO receives no moneys from this endeavor, with all funds directed exclusively to promote the book. The one exception to this would be the following option: Any activist outreach (person, group, website, etc.) willing to post the flier or otherwise promote this work, will earn 20% of sales proceeds in return, for the support of their own mission and needs, with remunerations sent monthly (provided only that we be advised whom to credit).
