All seriousness aside, placque in your arteries serves a function. It is your bodies defense against arterial damage. The placque acts as a tire patch to prevent the damaged artery from blowing out & killing you. If that concoction somehow reduces coronary artery disease, then yes, the placque would dissolve and be absorbed, but I don't know what the mechanism would be.
