I have no idea of the veracity of the above claim, however, I have my doubts if for no other reason than heating the above juices will destroy all of the enzymes and significantly reduce the nutrients in them, especially if you are boiling the juices long enough to reduce it into three cups. However, each of the above juices pack a wallop when it comes to health benefits. If I were going to take something like that I would mix it at room temperature and put it in the fridge.

Don't kiss me. Just kidding, you can kiss me anytime! All seriousness aside, placque in your arteries serves a function. It is your bodies defense against arterial damage. The placque acts as a tire patch to prevent the damaged artery from blowing out & killing you. If that concoction somehow reduces coronary artery disease, then yes, the placque would dissolve and be absorbed, but I don't know what the mechanism would be. I'd also point out that if you are only taking 1 tablespoon a day, 1 cup of each juice plus three cups of honey is over kill to the max. It would take forever to go through it all and nutrients and enzymatic activity decrease over time. Not only that but it would take a butt load of ginger and garlic to get one cup. IMHO if one were going to make something like this it would be better to make it in very small batches so as to get the maximum nutritional benefits. A weeks worth is only 7 tablespoons. 1 cup = 16 tablespoons
