What if in 1933 your Birth Certificate Became the Legal Evidence of YOUR SHARE for this DEBT?

It does! But you need to get actual allodial title of the birth certificate. The certificate is worthless. It is the title that has value. Just like when you buy a car and you go to the dmv office to obtain title of it. Same with your birth certificate.
