The "goal" was the same as in Germany at the same time, create so much poverty that American citizens would rise up, and with communists in the lead, communism would take over the United States, just as they had in Russia.

Americans would not and did not revolt, even tho millions of us were very hungry.

It appears to me that America lacks the intestinal fortitude and sense of independence required to throw off this fraud that is behind almost every evil under the sun. The people have become dependent upon the conveniences of fiat credit/currencies and socialism. They are like dumb animals. They are like domesticated and fattened hogs that only know where the government/banking trough is located and are in fact satisfied to forfeit their liberty for the crumbs their socialist masters begrudgingly feed them.

The fake private monopoly / monetary system is in fact a leash and collar around the necks of any people that allow such a fraud. The monopoly CREDIT system has done more damage to America than any foreign military could accomplish.

EDIT: The video posted by GreyLmist uses the proper term to describe money. It's the "medium of exchange" and this is what dictates the law because it works as a contractual arrangement whether explicit or implicit simply through usage.
