On Shamian Island in Guangzhou there is a hotel called The White Swan Hotel. This hotel is easily one of the best if not the best hotel in Guangzhou and is famous in Guangzhou and Guandong for it's opulence and so rightly so. The decadent consumerism would make any capitalist proud. It would also probably make Chairman Mao spin in his grave. lol As with most things in life however there are two sides to this coin.
