This event was awe inspiring ... the guy started tumbling over and over again before regaining his flight posture and eventually landed safely. He was flying at over 700 MPH.

I was doing something a lot more prosaic at the time - painting the bathroom. My wife and I had to take a break to watch this. A venture like this just lifts you out of your little world up into other spheres.

Ten minutes of freefall and breaking Mach 1. Awesome!
