You might also like the centrifugal force gun.

IT can lay down suppressive fire in 360 degrees all at once. OR just one bullet in any direction... and lots of stuff inbetween... it was bigger though... attached to a humvee in the vid I saw... Metal storm their looks neat with those bullets....Although....it is odd to think how a well placed magnet might disable ones side arm.....LOL!!!!

I don't know, something about the video looked faked. Plus the entire concept looked a little far fetched, like a barrel full of rounds that can propel themselves one at a time without screwing up the rounds behind them? Looks great in cartoon form, but in real life? I don't know.
