Just watching that guy stagger around made me dizzy. Why didn't the merchant call an ambulance? As funny as all that looked that guy should not be driving in that condition.

Hi Rose. I have no idea if the guy was driving or attempting to drive or not. Probably not but I could be wrong. If I owned a store and someone came in who was that drunk I would have called for some help for him. Odds are that he went home and woke up with no worse outcome than a nasty headache but you never know with someone who is that far gone.
