I used to live in an area with a lot of blacks and the kids never dressed up in costumes, just went door-to-door with bags. I've had people tell me they do the same thing all over the country.

It's their 'culture', ya' know jus AXE 'em.

Last year was my last year giving out treats to the 'beggers'. I had numerous "Moms" come and grab candy from the bowl, they were dressed as hookers or skanks, I said to one "The candy is for the Kids", she didn't say a thing just grabbed a candy bar, ripped it open, and started munching it right there, I'm done, lights out, eff this 'culture'.
