I really didn't care who won. They're both awful. But Obama is anti-Israel and Romney surely isn't. But if JEWS!!! RULE!!! THE!! WORLD!!! as the Conspiracist Crackpots think, Obama shouldn't have never gotten in (THE!!! JEWS!! MADE!!! A!!! MISTAKE!!!) and he surely should have been voted out. But he wasn't.

As least Obama won't start the wars Romney dreamed of.

By way, Romney might have won had all the people who wrote in Ron Paul and Gary Johnson voted for him instead. BWAHAHAHA!! Thanks for throwing out all those Ron Paul supporters, Romney! It might have just cost you the election!

That was a truly moronic thing to say.

"Our commitment to the security of Israel is rock solid. And as I've said to the Prime Minister in every single one of our meetings, the United States will always have Israel's back when it comes to Israel's security. This is a bond that is based not only on our mutual security interests and economic interests, but is also based on common values and the incredible people-to-people contacts that we have between our two countries." (President Barack Obama, March 5, 2012)

Multiple AIPAC Chairmen flanked Obama as he signed Israeli bill
"Despite tough fiscal times, the President fought for and secured the largest amount of funding for Israel in U.S. history"

Do lobbyists and special interest groups often flank the U.S. president as he signs bills into law? Apparently, at least in some cases, they do.

The mainstream media widely reported the fact that Obama signed the latest Israeli aid bill on July 27th. But sometimes it is more interesting to go to the official source and read what they have to say about it. The White House has published several webpages on their official site documenting the signing of the United States-Israel Enhanced Security Cooperation Act. Below are highlights and excerpts of interest from each page.

Among the most notable comments were the following excerpts, quoted verbatim: "Despite tough fiscal times, the President fought for and secured full funding for Israel in FY 2012, including $3 billion in Foreign Military Financing - the largest amount of funding for Israel in U.S. history"..."in many ways, what this legislation does is bring together all the outstanding cooperation that we have seen, really, at an unprecedented level between our two countries that underscore our unshakeable commitment to Israel security." ..."the United States will always have Israel's back" ..."Israeli forces now benefit from regular joint exercises and training opportunities, access to advanced U.S. military hardware, emergency stockpiles, and favorable terms for the acquisition of equipment"...."The President has galvanized the international community to put more pressure on the Iranian regime than ever before"...."Iran is now virtually cut off from large parts of the international financial system and we are working aggressively to isolate Iran even further"..."The Obama Administration is working to develop more sanctions to further isolate and increase the pressure on the Iranian regime"..."He (Obama) said clearly that "threatening Israel with destruction - or repeating vile stereotypes about Jews - is deeply wrong," and that denying the Holocaust is "baseless, ignorant, and hateful."

Three Zionist lobbyists surrounded Obama as he signed the bill. Richard B Stone is Chairman of the Conference of presidents of major American Jewish Organizations. His bio notes that he is on the board of several groups including the The American Zionist Movement (AZM). The mission of AZM, described on its webpage as "the U.S. Affiliate of the World Zionist Organization", is "to further Zionism in the United States and abroad." Also present was Howard Friedman, past president of AIPAC. In July 2006, Friedman boasted "AIPAC meets with every candidate running for Congress... We even ask each candidate to author a 'position paper' on their views of the U.S.-Israel relationship-so it's clear where they stand on the subject." Standing to Obama's left was Lee Rosenberg, AIPAC Chairman of the Board. Rosenberg is from Chicago and once went with Obama to Israel.

This morning, President Obama signed the United States-Israel Enhanced Security Cooperation Act with an eye toward helping to strengthen the military edge Israel currently enjoys.

"I have made it a top priority for my administration to deepen cooperation with Israel across the whole spectrum of security issues -- intelligence, military, technology," the President said. "And, in many ways, what this legislation does is bring together all the outstanding cooperation that we have seen, really, at an unprecedented level between our two countries that underscore our unshakeable commitment to Israel security."

The cooperation between the United States and Israel includes joint training exercises, offering access to U.S. military hardware, and direct foreign military financing.

(President Barack Obama, March 5, 2012)

The President has strengthened Israel's security in tangible and concrete ways.

Despite tough fiscal times, the President fought for and secured full funding for Israel in FY 2012, including $3 billion in Foreign Military Financing - the largest amount of funding for Israel in U.S. history.

Israeli forces now benefit from regular joint exercises and training opportunities, access to advanced U.S. military hardware, emergency stockpiles, and favorable terms for the acquisition of equipment.

The President has galvanized the international community to put more pressure on the Iranian regime than ever before.

President Obama has been clear that the United States is determined to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. He has backed up this commitment with tangible steps to increase pressure substantially on the Iranian regime and raise the costs of its defiance of the international community....

Iran is now virtually cut off from large parts of the international financial system and we are working aggressively to isolate Iran even further....The impact on Iran has been severe, with perhaps as much as 1 million barrels per day in sales revenue taken away from Iran, at the cost of billions per month. International companies are increasingly recognizing the risks of doing business with Iran and are abandoning existing business opportunities, declining to take advantage of new ones, and scaling back any existing relationships. This trend has been replicated across a broad range of industries. Examples of companies withdrawing from business with Iran include: Shell, Total, ENI, Statoil, Repsol, Lukoil, Kia, Toyota, Siemens, and foreign subsidiaries of U.S. firms such as GE, Honeywell, and Caterpillar...

...The Obama Administration is working to develop more sanctions to further isolate and increase the pressure on the Iranian regime. The President signed two new Executive Orders in April 2012 that addressed human rights violations and sanctions evasion, and we continue to look for new ways to expand our authorities and strengthen our implementation of existing ones to ensure that Iran understands that its failure to comply with its international obligations will have ever intensifying consequences.

The President has stood with Israel in times of crisis......

The President has spoken out forcefully to condemn Hamas attacks against Israelis. He has made clear that "it is a sign neither of courage nor power to shoot rockets at sleeping children, or to blow up old women on a bus. That's not how moral authority is claimed; that's how it is surrendered." At the United Nations, he emphasized that "the slaughter of innocent Israelis is not resistance - it's injustice."...

The President has called on all sides - Arabs, Palestinians, and Israelis alike - to do their part to help achieve Middle East peace. In Cairo, the President said that Arab states must recognize that they too have responsibilities to move towards peace, including by fostering a culture of peace. He said clearly that "threatening Israel with destruction - or repeating vile stereotypes about Jews - is deeply wrong," and that denying the Holocaust is "baseless, ignorant, and hateful."

Yes, Paul proposed a very good bill to cut foreign aid in 2011, but the bill went nowhere. So that single attempt does not exonerate Paul from sticking to his purported position of no foreign aid in the future.
