As a contractor, I can imagine what the city, state and federal codes specify for a coat rack system retrofit in the K-12 prison/indoctrination complex.

It would be a tough nut to crack, maybe impossible for less than $100,000/hook.

And the liability, OY! Better make that $1M/hook.
