Good vid. It was the damn cheeseburgers and pizza early on in my life that bought me two shinny new stents in my left descending artery. We'll be going out for dinner tomorrow and I'll be having salmon and veggies. It's about changing your life, not just your diet.

yeah I've been on coumadin before. the hard part for me was the constant blood tests. I was also on heparin at the time as well. my stomach looked like a dalmatian. not fun at all.

My dad finally tired of the blood testing, and just took an aspirin/day.
