It's a good penetrant, but nearly worthless as a lubricant IMO.

You can mix the liquid in a glow stick with KY to make a glowing blue or green goo.

I've heard of kids painting themselves with it and streaking the neighborhood. The effect wears off pretty quick. Helluva thing to explain to the constable.
