Anyone know what happened to Eric Stratton? I haven't seen him for quite a while.

His last posts may give a clue. C'mon back, Eric. We'll find something stupid to argue about :) I looked at that but his posts on that thread have been deleted so I don't know if he was banned or if he left in disgust. Calling Ron Paul an isolationist is like calling your neighbor a hermit because he doesn't come over and break your window - unknown I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT! I doubt he was banned and imagine he was simply unhappy in one way or another and hasn't felt like posting here since then.
Either way it's too bad. We didn't agree on some issues but overall he was a good guy. Yeah, that's what made me wonder if he was banned. I can't remember seeing posts deleted before on this site. They must've been pretty bad. Seemed a little obtuse on his last thread. I'm not positive about this, but things got a bit frisky between he and JT, so he decided to take a timeout. Shit happens like that sometimes. Still, I hope he returns. E's allright with me.

Things never got ‘frisky’ on my side. We’d meet here in State College for lunch (my treat) on a semi regular basis. When he left, I was in the process of helping him try to get his business a toe hold here. My help was gratis. He got spooked when, during an exchange, I mentioned what his business produced. I never mentioned his company’s name or location. I learned this bothered him after he decided to leave and erase his tracks; he never told me this directly. The fear of Big Brother is accurate, IMO.
The web is archived, there is no delete button for the archive. If you don't want something to be attributed to you, then you better not post it. God is always good!
