Boldness/insolence/audacity, it's a Hebrew/Yiddish word.

I will give you an example. Old woman on the street corner selling bagels for a quarter. But this nice man comes by and drops a quarter in her collection box every day and never takes a bagel. Then one day he drops in his usual quarter and she says, "They're 35 cents now." That's chutzpah.
