That cockatoo had already showed that dog who the boss was. A friend of mine had a bird sanctuary and also had two (iirc) huge mastiffs. The cockatoos could put the dogs in the corner and make them lay there as long as they wanted. I can tell you that one bite from an umbrella cockatoo is enough to make a believer out of man or beast. I had one at the sanctuary just about take a finger off for me one time. They have incredible bite pressure. Depending on the circumstances there are a couple of ways to make them turn loose without hurting them. One way is to put your thumb and forefinger of your free hand into the place where the mandible meets (the upper and lower beak) and squeeze. The other way is to push back on them and make them know that if they don't let go they are going to fall.

That bottom arraignment shouldn't have really cost that much but that top one with the roses - ouch! I can't believe I know that stuff. The bottom one is much more difficult than the top one, though.
There are actually govt agents who spread conspiracy theories among the gullible to help promote the illusion that the govt is all powerful.

Here are the kind of requests I got. Prints out at 10 am. "Please deliver by 2 pm." "18 red roses in cut crystal vase. One large teddy bear. One half pound of chocolate. One bird house. One helium balloon that says, 'Happy Birthday.' One birthday card." Of course it got an immediate reject, even though it was $135. I should be given a week on this one.
