Our rights are natural and our rights are a gift from God. It doesnt matter where your mother was when you were born. Stated another way, I think that anybody can go anywhere they want to get born, any where their mother is accepted and the government has no right to interfere with that.
Next week, Revolution PAC will announce the formation of a committee to draft Napolitano [sic] in 2016 for President of the United States. The Committee will launch its Draft-The-Judge Campaign with a nation-wide petition drive gathering signatures to demonstrate a groundswell of support for Judge Napolitanos candidacy.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.
Naturalized U.S. citizens are, of course, subject to the jurisdiction thereof. A person born here as an orphan of parents whose citizenship was unknown could be considered subject to the jurisdiction of the United States as a ward of the State where they were born but America is not a "Maternity Motel" for citizenship of the world.

Constitutionalists should stop thinking they're subject to the jurisdiction of those opposed to our Republic's system of government. Rev Pac wants to continue playing the rigged-election numbers-game but Andrew Napolitano is not really a Constitutionalist on this issue.
