Then you would be agitating to ban parks everywhere that people least likely to do so live.
Perhaps Shoonra would prefer Molotov Cocktails, who knows. There are MANY ways for a true nut to kill MANY people, from setting them on fire with gasoline, to running them over with their cars. I can safely assume that this guy was on some sort of psychiatric meds, as pretty much ALL of the other mass shooters were on. What needs to be examined and perhaps banned outright are these volatile prescription drugs which drive people insane.
Agreed, which also implies they were under the control of a medical/psychiatric "professional", licensed and trained in the the care of individuals who may someday pose a threat to civil society. Sublimely ridiculous yet tragic at the same time.
The so-called "professional" and the drug manufacturer should be held liable for "adverse reactions" to any drugs prescribed to the patient if it results in homicide, where those drugs can be linked to other homicides in the past.

I'd wager that this guy was either on Prozac, Paxil, or some other type of SSRI. It's that family of drugs which are typicaly found to be tied to mass murders in recent times. Thing is, they're getting ready to heap a whole lot of scorn upon guns and their owners, totally ignoring the fact that psychiatric meds oftentimes leads to homicide, suicide, and other such behavior. Did you take a peek at that link I posted containing a list of over 4800 documented cases related to SSRIs and other psychiatric drugs?
is this a chicken/egg situation? which came first, the deterioration of the society or the drugs? is normal, healthy behavior (disgust at the direction we're heading) being diagnosed as mental illness? or are people being driven truly nuts by the culture?
i got to say that the whole thing is pretty comical... there's a surge in gun sales, so something happens like this to justify gun control. it's just one backfire after another, and it's hard to believe these people are as stupid as they seem to be. it looks to me like they'll take as many guns as then can, then arm factions so they can kill each other... it will be a replay of all the bullshit we're seeing now globally, as factions are pitted against one another so we can intervene and save them from themselves... ...and just incidentally secure oil, pipeline and tanker routes, and israel all at the same time. i believe in coincidences if there arent to many of them... there's been way too many coincidences
