Both men were to testify before the US Sentate in the ongoing LIBOR scandal. The London Interbank Offered Rate, known as Libor, is the average interest rate at which banks can borrow from each other. 16 international banks have been implicated in this ongoing scandal, accused of rigging contracts worth trillions of dollars. The point is the traffic jam there that would prevent a quick exit to a hospital, if necessary, in a real emergency -- especially the EMS vehicles in that area.
Also, I guess we're supposed to just presume that the people in military-type uniforms and helmets at both of the scenes in Connecticut and Oregon are National Guards but at 0:44-0:49 of the Oregon video below, some look like they're wearing blue jeans:

There are reports that when emergency medical help arrived at the school, the medical personnel were denied access to the children on the grounds that there were no survivors and the scene was too gruesome. Yet, there is a conflicting story that one six-year old girl had the presence of mind to play dead and walked out of her classroom unscathed. If the story is true, how do we know that other survivors did not bleed to death from wounds because the emergency medical personnel were denied access? Did police exercise more control over the scene than was warranted?

The 15 year old girl has different cheek bone structure, different eye color (brown instead of blue) and shape, has a different nasal structure, and appears somewhat heavy, whereas 27 year old teacher Victoria Soto is slim, and is certainly not a 15 year old girl. If you can't tell a 15 year old from a 27 year old, you have a few issues GL. This is the sort of thing which really brings your credibility into question.
