It goes back to the invention of war. Killing civilians has always been part of a soldiers duty. Always. Hiroshima? Nothing new. Dresden? Common. In war soldiers rape, mutilate ,and murder.

It is the ugly brutal grotesque face of war.

Kinda makes a rational man wonder why the fuck are some people so eager to go war... and of those eager beavers how come only half of them or less are actually "willing" to go to war...???

Not everyone volunteers for the same reasons... Some very stupidly think they can join accumulate power and change things from the inside... by bureaucracy or force ... Some childish nimrods join to defend what they think the american dream is..... and then some are just crazy evil pyscho fucks that want to kill other humans. I think we make those into trained marines. ...

It is just a damn shame they are killing innocent civis abroad rather than guilty politicians here at home. Maybe the higher and higher cases of PTSD will change that.
