Once the fee is paid and the domain name service is restored, it takes time for that change to propagate over the net. While it's doing so, some people will get the LP server while others get the parked domain server. I'm still getting the parked domain page right now.
It worked for me last evening when others were having problems. This morning I'm having problems and can't access it via that URL.
