That the US was nothing but fluff and bluster regarding our rights. They were wrong. to quote: Activists involved in the state-wide boycott against the unconstitutional statute who spoke to the Post almost taunted authorities, saying gun owners would essentially dare authorities to “come and take it away.” According to the paper, leaders of some of the state’s hundreds of gun clubs, dealers, and non-profit organizations, citing the New York Constitution’s guarantee that gun rights “cannot be infringed,” are currently involved in organizing the resistance. Among the primary concerns is that, with registration, authorities would know where to go for confiscation, an idea already proposed openly by Governor Cuomo himself. “They’re saying, ‘F--- the governor! F--- Cuomo! We’re not going to register our guns,’ and I think they’re serious. People are not going to do it. Hell even in New Orleans their was nothing meek about it... a little old lady shows of her piece to prove she is safe and three dude beat the shit out of her for it.... It was not meek. Also the artcle clearly states that people are not meekly taking it. So you are incorrect DW. Make no mistake about it, giving up everything you claim to believe in so as to elect a hardcore liberal Republican that is just a tiny bit to the right of Obama, makes one a moral coward. Oh sure, they will talk a good game, just like they do in between elections, but when the time actually comes, they will fold like cheap suits, just like they do every election. Then they will spend their time making pitiful justifications among each other as to why their neighbors deserved to be turned in. The best thing for real conservatives to do is inform all of their mealy-mouthed Republican voting colleagues that they have sold all of their firearms. If liberty-loving individuals do not like the law then they should leave the state. Just don't move to my part of the country because we don't need any liberal New Yorkers here to ruin our town and state like they have the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina and the entire state of Florida. A New York conservative is a Southern liberal as far as I'm concerned. Calling Ron Paul an isolationist is like calling your neighbor a hermit because he doesn't come over and break your window - unknown I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT! Any perceived compliance with unconstitutional “laws” or orders put forth by government employees is NOT recognition of their authority; it is simply the result of carefully calculated submission to an entity exhibiting superior firepower. The apathy is dripping from fiber dog there..... "Fuck em they should move"..... only losers that run from fights say this kind of shit. Some people will give up their guns. But most wont. I mean if gun confiscation was so darn easy because we are all so darn willing then why didn't those in power try a gun grab sooner? Because gun grabbing is not easy. The state is using massive propaganda campains, false flags, nlp, and every stinking trick in the book that they can use in order to convince people to be cool with this gun grab. I am not cool with it. Many citizens of new york are resisting. Apparently not every american is a victim.
