On January 25th, 2013 , Mr. Lyndon Larouche, a well respected journalist and political activist recieved word from his sources within the United States government that President Barack Hussein Obama has been indicted by a Federal Court. Details of the indictment has been ommited by Larouche but he characterized them as probably the greatest indictment he has ever seen placed upon a standing president throughout history. Watch the first 5 minutes of the video to hear this explosive news. WOW!

Few are as long and colorful in hyperbole as Mr. Lyndon Larouche.

Seems that U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled that Radar didn't have the legal authority to make the three recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board. The reason it was illegal was because the Senate was in session at the time and not on recess. It appears to me this is what Larouche is figuratively calling an indictment.

The WH has pushed the limits regarding when the Senate is or is not in session much further than any previous administration. This may go up the pipe to the SC. This doesn't sound like the stuff an impeachment, but there may be a good bit of shit slinging in the next few weeks/months and there'll be a black eye for the Chief Resident if things don't go his way.

Here's what I think is ABSOLUTE grounds for impeachment bar none:

This arrogant foreigner POS has the nerve to say he will not control the border (which was a requirement of the Gang of 8's pathetic AMNESTY immigration reform package).

That's his friggin' job! To protect our friggin' nation's sovereignty.Not only has He abused his authority with countless triple digit Executive Orders, but this Freak With Big Ears and No Brains is saying he will not defend our borders from invaders.

Where's Boner and McAsshat? What are they doing as a result of this high crimes and misdemeanours revelation by Le Kenyan Roi?

They are contemplating their navels and their golf scores. That's what those GOPer cads are doing. They should all be impeached and recalled.

And as for the Black Crows and their shriveled legal beagle noses about "standing." If I hear that word again, I'm going to scream. If a group of US CITIZENS ( as opposed to illegal interlopers and aliens) say some officials including the President need to be impeached, those people need to have their case heard. They have friggin' "standing" because they are natural born citizens unlike some foreigners occupying office. Does anyone in their right mind believe that the Founding Fathers' intent about the Bill of Rights and the Constitution involved quibbering and quaffering about "standing?" Every fu*king US citizen has standing - this is THEIR nation!

Yeah, it's a train wreck any way you look at it.

The powers of the exec have been pushed so far beyond the limits that when a president attempts yet one more extra-constitutional move outside the fence that the Framers set for him, it's just a parking ticket. The Senate and the courts treat it all like a gentleman's game. It's all a squabble on the bowling green and the folks have nothing to say.

With any luck, the Supreme Jackasses will give Dear Leader a slap on the wrist and a warning to stay off the Senate's turf. That's the best outcome you can hope for in the current constellation of things.

Remember you're just a plebe, and you'll eat whatever crap is dished out to you and like it. I hate these people with a white hot passion.
