The crowd missed a wonderful opportunity at 1:38. Had they pummeled him at that moment, no jury would convict anyone. "Your honor, he ordered us to throw more snowballs at him so, being law abiding... we did."

The officer should have returned fire with multiple snowballs and laughed it off. Video clips would show a good sport and good PR for the Department. He was ridiculous, imagine the ribbing he is getting back at the station.
