Two women delivering newspapers in a blue Toyota Tacoma truck in Torrance, California were shot in manhunt for ex-cop. No "Halt", "Stop!" nothing. 7 of these heroes unloaded their weapons into this truck and nobody but the citizens of LA will pay. For christ sake they didn't even look inside the truck or they wouldn't have fired.
