This is the video for Robert Palmer's Simply Irresistible. The song itself was released on June 22, 1988 and I suspect that the video appeared simultaneously. The song got a Grammy and was a big hit. The 'gimmick' in the video is that the girls are made to look as much alike as possible; Palmer was keen for young skinny pouting brunettes. The girls are NOT playing the guitars.

Palmer was English, became a Swiss citizen when he hit the big time. Born 1949, died of a heart attack in Paris in 2003.
