War, War, War See other War, War, War Articles Title: WND EXCLUSIVE: Savage envisions China threat in ‘A Time for War’ 2 Known to occasionally flout conventional radio wisdom and read passages of Scripture from the Jewish prophets on the air, Michael Savage is releasing a new novel with a title that echoes the wisdom of Solomon. In A Time for War, set for release next Tuesday, Savage picks up where he left off in his first endeavor into fiction writing last year, the New York Times bestselling Abuse of Power. While Abuse of Power spotlighted the threat of radical Islam, A Time for War brings focus to another misunderstood danger to U.S. security, communist China. Savage has published 28 non-fiction books, but he finds fiction-writing to be a powerful medium for conveying ideas. Theres a different audience for fiction than for non-fiction, Savage explained in an interview with WND today. And I think America is sort of burned out on the non-fiction after the election. His radio show, The Savage Nation, is now broadcast from 9 p.m. to midnight, Eastern, via Cumulus Media Networks. An autographed copy of A Time for War can be ordered exclusively at the WND Superstore now while supplies last. A Time for War continues the adventures of Jack Hatfield, a freelance TV producer who lost his top-rated opinion show because of a liberal media smear campaign by a group that resembles Media Matters. Hatfield has an attractive Muslim sidekick in Abuse of Power, and this time he teams up with Dover Griffith, an idealistic young woman staffer at the Office of Naval Intelligence. They pursue a trail leading to a billionaire American electronics entrepreneur who has sold out his own country with the help of officials at the highest level of the American government. As enemy operatives plan a two-pronged attack to disarm the American military and release a deadly toxin killing hundreds of thousands of civilians, Hatfield and Dover race to locate this new Ground Zero and save an unsuspecting county. Along with entertaining readers, Savage hopes the political adventure novel will awaken people to the potential of such an event. He noted Hillary Clinton, as she was leaving her post as secretary of state, said she welcomed Chinas global rise. Isnt that lovely? Its so benevolent of her, Savage said. Welcome Chinas rise, and our demise. Referring to the massive U.S. debt owned by China and its increasing purchase of American property, Savage said the Chinese are getting away with owning us, lock, stock and barrel. In A Time for War, Hatfield contends with a corrupt U.S. senator and a businessman who has sold technology to China that permits an EMP blast from a portable device that can deactivate instrumentation. The book opens with a familiar scene as a Chinook helicopter carrying a squad of Navy SEALs suddenly plummets to earth in Afghanistan. On his radio show, Savage gave significant attention to the Aug. 6, 2011, Taliban shootdown of a Chinook in Afghanistan that killed 22 U.S. Navy personal, including 15 SEALs from the Naval Special Warfare Development groups Gold Squadron. Savage wondered why the SEALS were put together in one helicopter a Vietnam-era helicopter at that in a fire zone without backup and support, soon after Osama bin Laden was killed by the same unit. Were they sent as a sacrifice to the Islamists? he asked. In A Time for War, the Chinook crash is part of a much larger scheme as, meanwhile, a car driven by FBI agents tailing a suspicious vehicle is mysteriously rendered immobile in San Francisco and the body of a Chinese agent is found floating miles from the Golden Gate Bridge after being fed to sharks. The U.S. is under secret attack and only Jack Hatfield suspects the danger of this lethal conspiracy. Regular Savage Nation listener will recognize a lot of Savage in Hatfield, from his love of plying the waters of San Francisco Bay in his Grand Banks cruiser to frequenting the Italian restaurants of the citys North Beach neighborhood. There is some of me in Jack, Savage acknowledged in an interview last year about the first novel. And there is a lot that isnt. There are pieces of me in other characters and none of me. Theres more to come after A Time for War. As WND reported, Savage has signed a deal with St. Martins Press for a third book in the series. Savages most recent book, Train Tracks: Family Stories for the Holidays, released in October, takes his readers on an engaging, thought-provoking journey back in time, to the Bronx of the late 1940s and early 1950s, beginning with a vivid portrayal of a train trip from New York City to Pennsylvania to visit relatives at Thanksgiving. He has written six non-fiction New York Times bestsellers, including Trickle Down Tyranny: Crushing Obamas Dream of the Socialist States of America, Trickle Up Poverty: Stopping Obamas Attack on Our Borders, Economy, and Security, The Savage Nation, The Enemy Within, Liberalism is a Mental Disorder, Political Zoo, Psychological Nudity: Savage Radio Stories and Banned in Britain. But it could change if Jew war promoters spook China's leadership into believing a foreign military threat is developing. Targets for war, civil and foreign, are those nations which don't go along with Jew thievery and criminality in Palestine. Post Comment Private Reply Ignore Thread
