...but the portion control is OK. I can and do cook just about anything but if I cook a cake I eat a cake. Wilton makes miniature pans that are great for baking small portions. Just take a favorite recipe and cut it down to size. I love tea breads and I make them in small loaf pans. You can also buy several pans and make several cakes and then freeze them. It works great with Cinnamon Rolls (yummmmmmmmmm!). Cheesecake bites are made by using mini-muffin pans - and they freeze good too.
