I knew an Iranian Christian when I worked for the State of Illinois. When the Ayatollah's took over and kicked out the Shah, he found a sponsor and brought his family to America. When he died, I knew a guy that went to his funeral. He told me his two daughters were "stoned foxes". ;)

How many countries that were on their way to the more or less secular, pluralistic, and representative model that we preached from our pulpits for other countries to follow have we screwed up with our meddling, interference and loathesome wars?

I'd tote the list up myself, but right now, I'm looking around my desk for something to bash against the wall. I'll leave it to some other soul here.
