Depends. Notice that one of the two figures running away still has on a backpack with a white square. That flagged this for me and shoved it into the "pending box" as far as accepting it outright. The Psychs/PR People in government service (either ours or Israel) are expert at planting false trails. What occurs to me is that they may have become aware of the photo of one of the suspects leaving, with backpack still on, and moved to muddy the waters. The real key datum here is the "suspect" leaving with his backpack on. That clearly demonstrates that he did not leave it behind to explode.
I believe this, now, to be total BS. I try to be wary of jumping to conclusions. The spin machine is now revved up to high RPMs and they are going to be planting as many false trails as they can in order to discredit legitimate researchers and to lessen the impact of valid data.

Is that his back pack or the left sleeve (elbow) of his coat? The security (craft/blackwater) guy is definitely missing his. Looks solid to me. At 4:42 the security guy is missing backpack. Thank you. The interesting thing, to me, here is that both men in the first of the paired photos appear to be listening to something through their ear pieces. The expression is not that of someone listening to music it is actually rather rapt and serious - like someone receiving orders. From that I infer that they were likely receiving radio communication from someone. Possibly that someone was coordinating events.
I'd call this a good 'catch.' If the image is factual, Dzhokhar is at least partially off the hook. That won't be popular. There is one detail which I'd like to see explored - what were the police shooting at, following Dzhokhar's being finally located? I don't recall any images suggesting the boat being riddled with bullet holes. In concert, is there any suggestion that Dzhokhar had a gun; or shot from his final hiding place? I'm amazed that the boat wasn't totally 'powdered' by police gunfire.

I'm amazed that the boat wasn't totally 'powdered' by police gunfire. Thanks. The "Boat Capture" seems to have multiple conflicts and anomalies. If they shot as many rounds into the boat as reported. He should have been a Swiss Cheese and yet he climbs out of the boat. ??? What doesn't fit and why? Oh, and the police do claim he fired on them. We have conflicting datums here. How did he survive? How was he in condition to climb out of the boat? It may be that he was not intended to survive and that by some miracle the one witness who can tell what happened from the viewpoint of the supposed suspect lived - much to the shock and chagrin of the authorities who know that "Dead men tell no tales". The real key datum here is the "suspect" leaving with his backpack on. That clearly demonstrates that he did not leave it behind to explode.
