It's not up to me to prove the blood is real. If it is claimed to be fake, it's up to the person claiming it to be fake to prove it, or at least say why they think it's fake.

The burden of proof is on the persons of officialdom who initially made the claims that the depictions are real. Their lack of concern for those in the area as to possible exposure from blood-borne diseases (like Hepatitis and HIV/AIDS) is evidence that indicates their claims are false.
