CT Legislature complicit in Sandy Hook cover-up: Astounding abuse of the legislative process
by Lori Price (with Jim Fetzer)
In a stunning effort to subvert the publics access to information about an event of enomous importance, the Connecticut legislaturethe same body that recently praised the fake Jeff Bauman and condemned the courageous Stella Tremblayhas been acting in secrecy and violating legislative procedures, which require public hearings, to deprive the public of the very information it would need to confirm as a matter of legal record whether or not any children or adults ACTUALLY DIED at Sandy Hook, where the accumulating evidence suggests this was a massive gun control and carefully staged psy op.

A large number of DHS vehicls were reported to have been in the area prior to the alleged shooting. The Connecticut State Emergency communications network was taken over earlier in the morning by an unidentified (but probably DHS) source. No EMTs rused into the school to get those little bodies to hospitals where physicians could determine whether they were dead or alive. No parents insisted on having access to their childrendead or aliveand they were allowed to remain in a heap of tiny corpses in the class room until they were allegedly removed in the dead of night with no one there to cover it.

The legislature has now become comlplicit in a massive deception of the public, which reeks of consciousness of guilt. We have a Newtown Clerk, who appears to be caught between a rock and a hard place in the knowledge that the issuance of false death certificates is a crime for which she may be prosecutedand her obligations under the law to release records that havelike marriage certificates and divorce decreesbeen available to the public for centuries. This is a grotesque abuse of the power of the state legislature and appears to make them complicity in criminal activities and public deception.

The frauds and fakery that are consuming the publicnot only at Sandy Hook and during the Boston marathon but relative to grotesque actions by the United States Senate in its enthusiasm to violate the Constitution of the United States on behalf of Israel by supporting gross violations of international law and the UN Charter in attacking a nation that poses no immiment threat means that this is no longer a nation of laws but of powerful special interests who can induce our once-great Senate to support its actions, no matter how consequential continue to betray the principles upon which this country was founded.
Secretly Drafted CT Bill: Sandy Hook Details Would Remain Blocked The only reason the public was made aware of this bill, drafted in secret, was because The Hartford Courant obtained an email regarding the drafting of a special act. Secretly Drafted Bill Would Leave Release of Some Newtown Investigative Records Up to Families 22 May 2013 A secretly drafted bill to block release of photos, tapes of 911 calls and death certificates related to the Dec. 14 Newtown elementary school massacre could be acted on in the General Assembly as early as the end of the week, officials said Wednesday. Family members of victims would have discretion over release of some of the records. A draft of the bill was released Wednesday afternoon by Gov. Dannel P. Malloys office, which has been working behind the scenes in recent weeks on drafting the language with legislative leaders and the office of the states top prosecutor, Chief States Attorney Kevin Kane. Word of the planned legislation was kept from the public until Tuesday, when The Courant obtained a copy of an email written by a Kane assistant that said Malloys legal staff told him a draft of a special act would be quickly forthcoming. A Courant story about the secret plan to withhold information on the Newtown investigation has sparked intense interest and concern in Connecticut and nationwide based both on what the bill would do and the way it was put together outside the normal legislative process, without a public hearing. Lawmakers at first were talking about trying to vote on the bill Wednesday, but they abandoned that idea as criticism mounted. Chief CT Attorney: Truthers changed Freedom of Information landscape, so release of Sandy Hook details must be blocked CT bill would suppress Sandy Hook crime scene photos 22 May 2013 A bill was brokered
Wednesday by Gov. Dannel P. Malloy [regarding the crime scene] photos from the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre. But civil libertarians oppose the legislation and Connecticuts newspaper and radio executives warned
Wednesday that suppression of information could set a bad precedent and create unintended consequences. The bill, a draft of which was released by the governors office late
Wednesday afternoon, is crafted specifically to cover the crime-scene photos and 911 audio recordings of the
December 14 shootings at the Newtown school. But it would also allow Town Clerk Debbie Aurelia to continue to withhold the death certificates for the 20 first graders and six adults murdered there
Chief States Attorney Kevin T. Kane said
Wednesday that while mainstream news media traditionally avoid the use of graphic photos, bloggers and so-called truthers who claim the Newtown murders are a hoax by officials with an anti-gun agenda have changed the Freedom of Information landscape. Kane was seeking broader powers to prevent photos and recordings of graphic 911 calls from public release, but the draft narrows the scope to those murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary.
