There is more than one here. Satan does rule the kingdoms of the Earth but his rule is limited and restricted against Christians by God almighty. If it wasn't he would kill all Christians immediately. God protects his people.

The other day I ran out of gas while on the road. I got a ride from a passer-by . On the way to the gas station he said "you know this may sound totally random and I hope you don't find it creepy, but God loves you"

I was like,.... yeah I know.. I love god too.

I don't believe Satan rules over any part of Gods creation. But thats me. I don't recognize any authority other than true authority.
