My brother John was taken to Baylor Plano Hospital this morning and is being treated for renal failure.

Thanks, he's in as good a facility as there is in north Texas, so there's that going for him.

Hopefully, it was caused by low back surgery last Wednesday and can be stopped and reversed.

He never drank alcohol and both he and his wife stopped the cigs about fifteen years back.

Thanks out to everyone for their good thoughts, wishes, and prayers!

Niece Kim rings in with news that John's BP was 80/50 upon arrival at the ER; it's now up to 126/80, color has returned to his face, and he's been moved to the CCU.

So the Lods thank the Great Physician and his earthly helpers, and all you guys for your prayers.

Amen.
