You can always spot the police who haven't been challenged on the roadside, because they flip out.
Anger is masking fear because he didn't have his dux in a row. the driver did the cop a service by helping the cop isolate his weak muscles, figuratively speaking.
The officer will now learn that the SCOTUS conjured up the checkpoint exception for reasons of "public safety". In so doing the high court was discouraging random spot checks unless the vehicle is weaving, driving too fast or slow, etc.,.
As long as all cars are stopped the police are "fulfilling their mission" to earn those little military style, tossed salad campaign medals awarded by, you got it-MADD.
No matter how gutsy or knowledgeable a citizen may be there's a measure of risk when challenging cops on a dark highway. Don't forget that videos of jail abuse turn up blank and there's no penalty for "misplacing the evidence" that's in the custody of the jail staff. In fact, judges expect the staff to protect themselves that way.
SO, if a fat Tennessee cop decides to turn native on your ass then stomp your camera evidence to pieces, you could end up losing big time.
What I'd like is a direct TV hookup that records at a remote location (you know like a live remote broadcast on the six o'clock news) so the cops can't bury the body at the scene! That would really irritate the DAWGGY deux out of 'em!

Yes youre right, even a thing like this can be very dangerous to the motorist.
I noticed that the driver wisely asked the cop if he could unbuckle his seat belt so the maniac wouldn't blow him away.
I can only imagine the repercussions that this officer faces as a result of this,. not necessarily from his department but from the scorn of millions who now know who he is,.. if nothing else, these type vids serve as a deterrent for future cops and earn some dough for the videographer. you can catually make some decent money on these vids. at 3 million views, the guy should have earned
maybe 9 grand or more on this video so far.
that's if he had google adsense set up prior to posting the vid, and marked the vid 'MONETIZED'.
people shouldn't underestimate the (literal) value of that. :-)
regarding the vid, there are apps for smartphones in which the video is streamed live to the internet and saved for later in real time in case the cops steals or destroys the camera.
I don't know the name of the apps offhand but they are out there and pretty wwell known.

We need to get the technology up to speed and shotgunned out into the hands of those who resist.
Just as one bad legal precedent (set by Adam Kokesh) can be used to deprive us of rights (that he improperly asserted) one good video of cops trying to cover their tracks after committing crimes under color of law could be very useful in reining in the bastards.
This video of an angry ejaculation of, "How dare you challenge me with questions for which I was woefully unprepared" will likely result in crash training programs across the land. Some will have answers and some will teach that weapons to the head and face on the ground is the proper response.
