You can always spot the police who haven't been challenged on the roadside, because they flip out.

No matter how gutsy or knowledgeable a citizen may be there's a measure of risk when challenging cops on a dark highway. Don't forget that videos of jail abuse turn up blank and there's no penalty for "misplacing the evidence" that's in the custody of the jail staff. In fact, judges expect the staff to protect themselves that way.

I completely agree, some way to tape and have the live video upload to a storage location for later retrieval.

Yes youre right, even a thing like this can be very dangerous to the motorist.
I noticed that the driver wisely asked the cop if he could unbuckle his seat belt so the maniac wouldn't blow him away.
I can only imagine the repercussions that this officer faces as a result of this,. not necessarily from his department but from the scorn of millions who now know who he is,.. if nothing else, these type vids serve as a deterrent for future cops and earn some dough for the videographer. you can catually make some decent money on these vids. at 3 million views, the guy should have earned
maybe 9 grand or more on this video so far.

regarding the vid, there are apps for smartphones in which the video is streamed live to the internet and saved for later in real time in case the cops steals or destroys the camera.

We need to get the technology up to speed and shotgunned out into the hands of those who resist.
Just as one bad legal precedent (set by Adam Kokesh) can be used to deprive us of rights (that he improperly asserted) one good video of cops trying to cover their tracks after committing crimes under color of law could be very useful in reining in the bastards.
This video of an angry ejaculation of, "How dare you challenge me with questions for which I was woefully unprepared" will likely result in crash training programs across the land. Some will have answers and some will teach that weapons to the head and face on the ground is the proper response.
