Dead Constitution See other Dead Constitution Articles Title: Six Plain Clothes Agents [AKA mentally diseased gubmint oppressors) Assault and Arrest College Girl Buying Bottled Water Following the pattern of cruel and extreme acts of ‘law enforcement’ we’ve witnessed, such as charging one teen with 8 years in prison over violent comments made in a video game, a new report details how six ‘alcohol agents’ bashed in the car windows of one young college girl who was buying bottled water in Virginia. It’s yet another concerning story of government agents unleashing their rage on innocents, and they really do continue to get increasingly stranger. In this latest event, University of Virginia student Elizabeth Daly was with her roommates picking up some bottled water, ice cream, and cookie dough — the typical diet of a college student, but in this case it was actually for a benefit fundraiser she was attending. And it just so happens that the bottled water she went with slightly (and I mean really slightly, checkout the image in this article) resembles a six pack of beer. As a result, six Alcoholic Beverage Control agents working for the state and sitting around the convenience store (who apparently had absolutely nothing better to do) decided to run at the college girl armed and yelling. To make matters worse, they weren’t wearing any uniforms, and to any sane person would appear to be some type of criminals or psychopaths. Apparently they were ‘flashing’ their badges which Daly says she could hardly make out, but they then actually went up and started smashing in her car windows. She told the Times Dispatch: “They were showing unidentifiable badges after they approached us, but we became frightened, as they were not in anything close to a uniform… I couldn’t put my windows down unless I started my car, and when I started my car they began yelling to not move the car, not to start the car. They began trying to break the windows. My roommates and I were … terrified.” And for good reason. She had just bought some water and ice cream for a benefit event and had done absolutely nothing wrong. What’s more amazing is the fact that these agents, who probably do nothing but pick on college kids all day, had no substantial evidence at all that Daly was buying alcohol. And instead of perhaps asking nicely before bashing in her car windows, they instead opted right for a violent takedown. But okay, people make mistakes. Surely after they started breaking into her vehicle and assaulting her they realized they had made a horrible mistake and apologized, right? After Realizing Mistake, Agents Charge Girl With Assault Felonies As a matter of fact, after they almost gave Daly and her roommates a heart attack and broke into their vehicle, they threw Daly in jail and charged Daly with two counts of assaulting a law enforcement officer and one count of eluding police. Charges that are each punishable by 5 years in prison and a $2,5000 fine. Amazing, right? Thankfully some sane individuals like Charlottesville Commonwealth’s Attorney Dave Chapman reviewed the case and realized Daly was in the right and dropped the charges after investigating. The alcohol agents, however, were ready to send this girl to jail for buying bottled water. And these are agents that represent corrupt and psychopathic individuals who line many enforcement jobs today, according to the low and high level law enforcement (and even military) sources that I speak to on a regular basis. Multitudes of reports continue to come in documenting extensive steroid use within various departments as well as other drugs being abused both legal and pharmaceutical in nature. But most importantly and most horrifying, what I hear about most is the ‘new, young guys’ that join the police force or government agency of choice in order to ‘bash skulls’ as one officer put it. But the most important element here, and yes there are certainly good officers and agents out there which is how I get sources to begin with, is that this kind of insanity and corruption comes from the societal peak of our nation. When the guys at the top are filthy, it comes down like a water fountain and infects everyone below them as well. As a result, even the low level guys are now acting like political elite in the way they conduct themselves with innocent citizens who they swore to protect and serve. These square badge jerks are going to get (if they haven't already gotten) new instructions on approaching people. Their badges were most assuredly not familiar police badges and, yes, any sane person might think they were muggers or worse.
